• The seller has the right to refuse to accept Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or the Goods cannot be returned in other cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned Goods do not change.

• After exercising the right to return the Goods, the costs for the return of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer.

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

• the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
• the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
• the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn, etc.)
• the returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer.

The Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer or replace the product within 5 (five) working days, counted from the day of receipt of the returned product.
